Create a group ride and invite riders

Create a squad ride so your whole crew shares one live map, and invite riders with a QR code or a link.

    Tap the Ride button. On the map home, tap Ride to start planning a new ride.

    Choose Destination or Quick. Pick Destination to ride to a place, or Quick to just ride and record.

    Choose Squad. When RideClan asks who is riding, choose Squad instead of Solo.

    Create the ride. Confirm to open the group ride. You are now the leader of the squad.

    Share the invite. Share the QR code or the invite link with the riders you want along. They tap it to join.

    Ride together. As riders join, everyone shows up on one live map so you can see the whole crew.

If it does not work

If a rider cannot join, make sure they are on the latest version of RideClan and have a connection. Re-share the link or let them scan the QR code again. If the invite has expired because you already ended the ride, start it again and re-invite.

FAQ

Do riders need to pay to join my group ride?

No. RideClan is free to download, and everyone in the crew shows up on one live map. Just share the invite and ride.

Can riders join after we have set off?

Yes. Late joins land on the live map and are navigated to the destination, so they can catch up to the group.
