Set an assembly (meetup) point

Drop an assembly point so your crew knows exactly where to gather, and everyone can see who has arrived before you set off.

Before you start

You need to be in a group ride to set an assembly point. Create or join a squad ride first, then set the meetup point for everyone.

    Open the assembly tool. In your group ride, open the assembly point tool from the map controls.

    Set the point. Use the SET flow to place the meetup point on the map where you want the crew to gather.

    Confirm it. Confirm to share the assembly point with the whole crew.

    Watch arrivals. Everyone sees the geofence circle around the point, and the ride shows who has arrived.

If it does not work

If a rider does not show as arrived, they may not have reached the geofence circle yet, or their location may not be updating. Make sure their location is set to Always and that RideClan can run in the background so their position keeps updating on the way in.

FAQ

What is the circle around the assembly point?

It is a geofence. When a rider enters the circle, RideClan counts them as arrived so the crew can see who is already there.

Can I move the assembly point after setting it?

Yes. Use the SET flow again to place a new point, and the updated meetup shares with the whole crew.
