Send an SOS to your group

If something goes wrong on a ride, an SOS alerts your group with a tappable link to your exact location.

Applies to: Android and iPhone

Before you start

SOS sends the alert to the group you are riding with. Ride with a group so there is someone to reach, and keep notifications turned on so your group sees the alert.

  1. 1

Open the ride screen. Start or join a ride so your group can see you on the live map.

  2. 2

Trigger SOS. Tap the SOS control on the live-ride screen and confirm.

  3. 3

Your group is alerted. Everyone in your group receives an alert with a tappable location link.

  4. 4

They open your location. Tapping the link opens your position in Maps so your group can reach you.

If it does not work

If nobody received the alert, check that you are in an active ride with a group and that your group has notifications turned on. SOS needs a connection to send, so confirm you have signal where you are.
