Why did my route recalculate? (two-wheeler vs driving routing)

Two-wheeler routing where it is supported
In India and parts of Southeast Asia, RideClan uses two-wheeler routing, which can take roads and shortcuts that suit motorcycles. This mode is chosen automatically based on where you are riding.
Automatic fallback to driving directions
Outside the regions where two-wheeler routing is available, RideClan falls back to driving (car) directions automatically. You will see a brief "using car directions" notice so you know which mode is active. Guidance works the same way either way.
Why the route recalculated
If you leave the planned route - miss a turn, take a detour, or the road is blocked - RideClan recalculates a new route from where you are. This is normal and keeps guidance pointed at your destination.
FAQ
What does "using car directions" mean?
It means two-wheeler routing is not available in that area, so RideClan is using standard driving directions instead. Guidance still works the same way.
Can I stop it from recalculating?
Reroutes happen when you leave the route. Follow the guidance and it will not need to recalculate. If you take a planned detour, it finds a new route automatically.
