Best motorcycle navigation app for iPhone (2026)

Google Maps if you just want directions and traffic. It is free, accurate, and works with CarPlay. It was built for cars, so it does not have per-rider group tracking, ride recording or SOS. RideClan if you ride with a group or want a ride log - it is free with everything included.

RideClan. This is the category it was built for. Everyone in the group shows up on one live map, gets their own turn-by-turn to the shared destination, and gets pinged if a rider drops off the back. Group SOS puts your live location in front of the crew with one hold.

calimoto in Europe. Its whole product is curvy-road routing plus offline maps, and it is genuinely the best at that. Freemium - the free tier is limited; a Pro subscription unlocks the full experience.

Google Maps for pure navigation - two-wheeler mode is available in India and it accurately avoids flyovers where two-wheelers are banned. RideClan for group rides and ride logging on top of the same two-wheeler routing. REVER and calimoto both work but are less India-tuned.

Right now, that is Google Maps or Apple Maps. Both work well on CarPlay head units for handlebar-mount motorcycle use. calimoto ships CarPlay in some regions. RideClan does not support CarPlay today; it is on the roadmap.
